At RM Sotheby’s upcoming London auction, a breathtaking 1975 Lancia Stratos HF Stradale by Bertone finished in a bright shade of blue will be sold. Pre-auction estimates suggest it will change hands for between 270,000 and 320,000 pounds.

This Lancia Statos HF Stradale is one of just 492 desirable Stradale versions produced and is number 445. It was first registered in Italy in late 1975. After being sold the following year to Romano Cionini Visani, the Italian sold it in early 1983 before re-purchasing it later that year. He then retained ownership of the Lancia for another 11 years before it was sold to the current owner.

This particular Lancia Stratos HF Stradale still includes its original drivetrain with the identification tags intact.

Powering it is a 2.4-litre Dino-supplied V6 pumping out 192 hp and with three triple Weber carburettors. Mated to this engine is a five-speed manual transmission powering along the small Italian sports car. Impressively, it features fully independent front and rear suspension as well as four-wheel ventilated brakes.
