Honda has just released a teaser image of its new 2&4 concept designed to rival the likes of the Ariel Atom and Caterham Seven. It will be unveiled at the IAA Frankfurt Motor Show 2015.

Details about the Honda 2&4 Concept are essentially non-existent with the following teaser image the only source of information. It evidently shows a bird’s eye view of the car and the exposed wheels can be seen alongside the white and red paint scheme reminiscent of Honda Formula One cars of years gone by.

It is suggested that the 2&4 Concept has been designed by the Japanese marque’s automobile design centre as well as its motorcycle design centre and is ultimately promising to combine the best elements of a motorcycle and a hardcore sports car.

Given the fact that cars like the Ariel Atom already use Honda-sourced engines, it’s likely the 2&4 Concept will also use one of the automaker’s own high-revving, four-cylinder powerplants.
