Sometime later this year or early next year, Jaguar will take the veil off the most performance-oriented version of the F-Type ever. Coming from the marque’s Special Vehicle Operations division, the car is expected to wear the SVR badge. Thanks to numerous prototypes being spied recently with little or no camouflage, we have a fairly good idea of how the car will look and now thanks to these renderings, we pretty much of unofficial photos of the car.

Visually, the Jaguar F-Type SVR will adopt brand new bumpers at both the front and rear. The front will be made particularly noteworthy thanks to the implementation of an ostentatious splitter while the rear will feature a large fixed wing. Additionally, a more effective downforce-producing diffuser will be found at the rear alongside a set of redesigned wheels and beefed up brakes.

Powertrain wise, it is suggested that the Jaguar F-Type SVR will feature an uprated variant of the British firm’s range-topping 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine. In F-Type Coupe R specification, that powerplant pumps out 543 hp. For the F-Type SVR however, horsepower is pinned to sit around the 600 hp mark. As a result, the Jaguar F-Type SVR will become the automaker’s most powerful model on sale.
