An exceptional 2006 Ford GT Heritage Edition is currently up for sale in Canada and believe it or not, it has just 11 miles on the clock.
This Canadian Ford GT was the very last finished with the Gulf racing livery and is one of just 200 examples delivered to Canada. It has been a part of a private collection since new and has consequently had just a single owner.
When new, a Ford GT in this specification could be purchased in Canada for just under $209,000. Now BJ Motors is asking for $529,995 for this particular car and if a next-generation Ford GT is indeed unveiled at Detroit as expected, demand for this generation GT could skyrocket. As a result, the car could be worth a lot more in a few months.
Beneath the skin, it is of course fitted with the potent 5.4-litre supercharged V8 engine of all standard GTs. That powertrain develops 550 hp and is mated to a six-speed manual transmission driving the rear wheels.
