With filming for Season 21 of Top Gear well underway, the show’s frontman Jeremy Clarkson was recently spotted driving a dark purple McLaren P1 flanked by two Range Rover camera cars.

What’s interesting about this hypercar feature is the very fact that it’s happening in public. Most of Top Gear’s hypercar tests like this are filmed solely at the Top Gear test track. Perhaps, the Top Gear test will also include a segment on just how comfortable the McLaren P1 is to be used on regular roads.
Whatever Top Gear has up its sleeve, we can’t wait!
