Being its centenary year, Aston Martin has a rather large presence at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance this year. Whilst it isn’t the first time the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante has been on display in public, we believe it is the first time it has been publicly displayed in the US. The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante officially broke cover back in June.
The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante features the same AM11 6.0-liter V12 engine as the Coupé. It gets the same performance figures, meaning it can sprint to 62mph in just 4.1 seconds before topping out at 183mph. It gets an impressive 565hp and 457lb-ft of torque at 5,500rpm together with a Touchtronic 2 six-speed automatic transmission.
We caught it together with Aston Martin’s ultra-exclusive CC100 Speedster Concept. It features the same AM11 6.0 liter V12 engine pumping out a total of 510 hp. It allows a limited top speed of 180 mph and a sprint 0-100 km/h in less than 5 seconds.
