Morgan is set to expand its popular model-range even further with the release of special ‘Brooklands Editions’ for both the Morgan Roadster as well as the extremely popular Morgan 3 Wheeler.
Morgan claims that the Morgan Roadster Brooklands Edition and the Morgan 3 Wheeler Brooklands Edition have both been designed to celebrate the ancestry of British racing cars and their styling. As a result, the two cars feature unique exterior paint schemes completed with black detailing, satin finishes and classic colors.
First off, the Morgan Roadster Brooklands Edition features a special army, matte green paintjob complemented with a silver hood housing the 3.6-liter V6 engine. It then includes a new sculpted gearbox cover, more pedal space and a new gear lever position. On the other hand, the Morgan 3 Wheeler Brooklands Edition features the same Jaguar ‘Brooklands’ green body but can also be optioned with a stunning polished body. Additionally, the Morgan 3 Wheeler Brooklands Edition features a new aftermarket exhaust system with a polished finish.
The Morgan Roadster Brooklands Edition and Morgan 3 Wheeler Brooklands Edition have received their names from the historic Brooklands circuit which first opened on June 17, 1907 which was actually the world’s first purpose-built banked motor racing circuit.
The Morgan Roadster Brooklands Edition is currently for sale from 40,000 pounds, while the 3 Wheeler Brooksland Edition will hit the market in September this year with a price yet to be confirmed. Both cars will be limited to 50 units each.
