Video: Bugatti Veyron vs 700hp Nissan Juke by Shpilli Villi

What’s quicker, a Bugatti Veyron or a Nissan Juke R? Seems like a simple question doesn’t it, as the Nissan Juke-R only features the 545hp 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine from the Nissan GT-R and the Bugatti Veyron produces 987hp. However, a 700hp Nissan Juke R by Shpilli Villi recently showed its acceleration capabilities at a recent drag race against a Bugatti Veyron.

When Shpilli Villi finished work on their white Nissan Juke R, the car now produces an insane 700hp from its 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine but that’s still 300hp down from the Bugatti Veyron, so surely it has no chance against the almighty Veyron in a drag race. However, that wasn’t what happened in the following drag race as the Nissan Juke R by Shpilli Villi really gave the Bugatti Veyron a run for its money.

At the end of the mile, the Bugatti Veyron managed to finish in 27.067 seconds with the Nissan Juke R by Shpilli Villi just behind with a time of 27.273 seconds. However, the most impressive thing to come from the following race, is that the Nissan Juke R by Shpilli Villi actually completed the quarter mile quicker than the Veyron!

The Nissan Juke R by Shpilli Villi managed to complete the quarter mile in just 10.575 seconds ahead of the Bugatti Veyron with a time of 11.276 seconds. Some Bugatti Veyron’s have managed to complete the quarter mile in well under 10.5 seconds in the past, with one even sprinting down the drag strip in 10.1 seconds, so this drag race is not entirely accurate of the true acceleration capabilities of the Veyron.
