The D3 Group is the premier manufacturer of Cadillac Tuning Equipment for both street and track; on the streets we know them better as D3 Cadillac. In our archives you shall find some of their past projects among them being the Le Monstre Widebody Cadillac CTS-V and the Cadillac ATS. In their latest works, they build up a Cadillac CTS-V coupe for Team Sageview who participates in Cadillac Racing.
This particular build highlights the new 3M matte blue metallic vinyl that was wrapped around the coupe. Based in Signal Hill, California, the tuner offers power kits for this coupe in threefold-the power kit street, tuner and competition.
In this case, this CTS-V Coupe is qualifies for the competition power kit since it’s used for racing purposes. The competition power kit utilizes the biggest and most aggressive tuning equipment with real racing equipment such as A.N. Fittings, High PSI / High Temp Hoses and the best available hardware to maximize output. This kit increases boost thus requiring Dyno tuning and ECU Programming to obtain drivability and to maximize output. The competition power kit is available in four different stages.
Other performance upgrades include the D3 Ultrachargers which are a complete replacement Supercharger System for the CTS-V, they replace the 1.9 L OEM blower with larger blowers. Others include the pulley kits, camshafts and fuel delivery upgrades.
