After word recently leaked out that the 2014 BMW F10 M5 would be available with an optional Competition Package, it’s just been revealed that its two-door sibling, the 2014 BMW M6 will also receive the optional upgrades.
When optioned in the 2014 BMW M5, the Competition Package is set to lift peak horsepower to 575hp, up 15hp from the standard car and will include new 20 inch wheels, a redesigned M-sport steering wheel and a different sports exhaust system featuring black tips.
And according to Car and Driver, the current 2014 BMW M6 range is also set to receive the same updates for all of its variants include the brand new 2014 BMW M6 Gran Coupe.
As a result, the Competition Package for the new BMW M6 will also lift horsepower to 575hp while also coming with revised suspension, a more direct steering ratio as well as the aforementioned 20 inch wheels and black exhaust tips.
