If the Nissan GT-R can be criticized for one thing, it would have to be its rather weak exhaust note. When competing with cars such as the Ferrari 458 Italia, Lamborghini Gallardo, Lexus LFA and McLaren MP4-12C on the performance stakes, the GT-R should also be able to compete with these cars from an exhaust note standpoint but in stock form, it unfortunately doesn’t do that.
Thankfully however, a selection of tuning firms offer aftermarket exhaust systems for the GT-R, namely Meisterschaft whose system can be seen in the following video.
Filmed by Gumbal on YouTube, this GT-R was seen driving around the streets near the Nurburgring as well as one the race track itself where it’s been filmed from a number of angles all of which beautifully showcase the improved exhaust note produced by Meisterschaft’s system.
