Video: Rhys Millen Drifts Up the Side of Brazilian Mountain

Rhys Millen, in conjunction with Red Bull, recently had the opportunity to take his race-prepped Hyundai Genesis to the montains of Brazil for a brilliant showing of speed, control and tire smoke.

The video, part of Red Bull’s Xtreme Drift competition showcases Millen’s drifitng ability as he navigates the narrow road on the side of the Serra Do Rio Do Rastro Mountain in Santa Catarina, Brazil. Millen’s Genesis is powered by a 3.8 liter V6 engine, tuned to produce over 750hp.

Basically enough to power to ensure that he couldn’t drive straight, even if he wanted to do. The video, similar to Street Drift: Mulholland done by Tanner Foust earlier this year, is a showcase of spectacular car control, beautiful vistas and amazing camera work. The video itself was shot in November 2010, but drifting never gets old. Right?
