Land Rover officially unveiled the Range Rover Evoque Convertible Concept at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The Evoque Convertible Concept vehicle is developed as a design and engineering study which explores the potential for a convertible SUV.
Based on the Range Rover Evoque Coupe, the soft-top convertible concept features a fully retractable premium roof system with a roll over protection system. The conceptual four-seat open SUV is fitted with unique 21 inch silver wheels.
The interior comes with leather seats featuring sporty perforated panels and contrast stitching. The inside is furthermore equipped with all kind of technologies like terrain response, surround cameras, park assist and an infotainment system.
The British carmaker did not reveal any information regarding the engine specs of the Evoque Convertible Concept. At this stage, no production plans have been announced, but we wouldn’t be surprised if this model will eventually hit the streets.
I wasn’t very fascinated with the original design of a “baby Range R.” in the first place because it looked a little bit girly and posh, but this is just too much, its like a chubby Mini cabrio or a giant bathtub on wheels.
PLEAAASSEEE No.. You are killing us Range Rover.
