Remember yesterday’s Velos Designwers BMW M3? We couldn’t give you any details back then, however, now the car appears to be for sale at 6speedonline. The owner has provided full details of the modifications. $115,000 will get you this sinister black beast!
The standout feature of the car is its $15,000 paintwork. Carried out by Martino Auto Concepts, we’re told that it is the same colour as the Lamborghini Reventon. Starting with the exterior modifications, a Vorsteiner GTS3 front bumper with carbon kevlar front splitters have been fitted ($3295), a Vorsteiner GTS3 vented race hood ($5995), a Vorsteiner carbon kevlar rear diffuser ($895) and a Vorsteiner boot lid ($2195).
The engine gets upgrades that give a 625hp power output. Active Autowerke added a stage 2 supercharger, one of the most expensive packages the American specialist offers at $15,000. This received a custom Verde Ithaca Plenum paintjob. Active Autowerke also fitted an X-Pipe ($2000), an exhaust system ($3495) and a short shifter ($375). The brakes are a Stoptech Trophy Big Brake Kit costing $7,490 and a set of KW Clubsport Coilovers costing $3,995 have also been fitted.
The interior remains standard for the most part. A AE Performance Roll Cage painted Verde Ithaca ($2400) has been fitted as well as Recaro Profi XL Seats costing $3000. A number of BMW performance parts have also been added including the steering wheel and the shift knob. Obviously, you also get the ADV.1 wheels we reported on yesterday; ADV5.0 Track Spec’s in sizes 20×9 and 20×11 front and rear respectively. They feature matte black centers with polished gunmetal inners and outers. Perfect for showing off the contrasting yellow brake calipers.
Obviously, no expense has been spared in this top quality tuned BMW M3. Which makes it even more strange that the owner is selling. The cost of the upgrades come in at around $75,000 on top of the 2011 BMW M3 the were applied to, that makes a total price of $144,800. That makes the $115,000 a relative bargain to our eyes. The car is located in Florida.
