Jaguar is currently developing a cabriolet version of their 2012 XKR-S. The new sports car was at the Nürburgring Nordschleife performing some test laps.
Like its coupe brother, the 2012 Jaguar XKR-S convertible will have the same aggressive styling as the coupe. On the pictures we spotted a vented hood, low front spoiler, rear boot lid wing and rear diffuser.
At the back you will find twin double exhaust pipes, which suggests a similar engine setup and performance. The coupe is powered by a 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine producing 550hp and 680Nm of torque. Zero to 100km/h is done 4.2 seconds and up to a top speed of 300km/h.
