The Aston Martin Virage is the latest addition to the line-up of the Birtish brand, slotted in between the DB9 and DBS, the Virage aims to hit the sweet spot between an out and out performance machine and refined GT. British car magazine AutoExpress put it up against the more dramatic Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.
The Aston has a four-cylinder advantage with its 6.0 liter V12, compared to the Merc’s 6.2 liter V8, but it’s the AMG supercar that produces 73bhp more. So who is the favorite and wins this versus? The end result may not be a surprise afterall.
V12-V8=4 not a two cylinder advantage.
Right, big mistake but no big deal on that.
I did not like a lot the Virage when i saw the official pictures, but seeing it more “naturally” in this video…Yum Yum!!!!
the most pointless car ever built by Aston
its not pointless it looks better and its a sportier but not racer version of the db9
if that’s pointless what about porsche they create gaps that are exactly the same just a few additional features and it gets a new name
its takes the look from the rapid amazigly into the dbs , that’s what i think of it its the most beautiful car aston ever made
lol british car reviewers talk out of their asses.
choosing that over a SLS. bullcrap.
he would have taken the SLS if the aston wasnt british (now indian owned)
just the same way clarkson thinks range rovers are the best in the world and “the hummer suddenly seems to have stopped moving”
@shawn well said… Britishers known for their favoritism
