Another car that was scheduled to be presented to the crowd in Geneva, next March, hasn’t managed to hide that long. A full series of pictures showing the 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Facelift have leaked on the net.
The pictures reveal lots of details such as the SL-inspired headlamps on the outside. The lights of course include LED technology, which will be integrated in the rear lights as well. Furthermore the C63 AMG gets redesigned 18 inch wheels and frame upgraded brakes.
As reported before the guys at AMG choose to retain the 6.2 liter V8 instead of fitting the new 5.5 liter biturbo in the front of the sports car. The output stays the same with 451bhp converted to the rear wheels via a seven-speed Speedshift MCT auto gearbox. A performance package will be presented later in 2012, raising the output to 481bhp.
Looks awesome good they are keeping the 6.2 v8 the 5.5bt would of killed the car.
Beautiful car – saloon of course.
I am hardcore BMW fan, but this is the best C-class so far.
I am going to bite my tongue and say -I want one!
