The Ariel Atom is one of the fastest street cars, maybe the strongest sprint four-cylinder series car in the world. The standard Atom 3 300 is driven by a turbocharged up to 300hp two-liter four-cylinder Honda engine. With a weight of only 469kg, it can easily keep up not only with super sports cars. After the power increase by Wimmer RS it can do even more.
The power increase at Wimmer RS includes engine optimization software, compressor overhaul, fuel pump conversion and a sport exhaust system together with Rennkat. The outcome is 340hp and 282Nm. The 469kg rocket accelerates from zero to 100km/h in 2.8 seconds – Atom achieved 200km/h in just 7.1 seconds.
