Video Jason White Lamborghini Run at Targa Tasmania 2010

The footage shows Jason White giving his Lamborghini Super Trofeo Strada a work out as he “zero’s” the stage. Jason White triumphed in the modern section and added a second Targa Tasmania title to his collection.

Driving his Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo Strada, White and his co-driving uncle, John White, led from start to finish to claim a 63 second win ahead of Queenslander Ray Vandersee in a Skelta G-Force, with Tony Quinn third in a Nissan GT-R two minutes 30 seconds further back.

The Targa Tasmania is an international event, a tarmac rally with competitive stages on closed roads for the best touring, sports and GT cars in the world. The competition concept is drawn directly from the best features of the Targa Florio, Mille Miglia, the Coupe des Alpes and the Tour de Corse.

Targa Tasmania has established itself as an annual event, conducted in April each year. The present format is to conduct the event over six days (including a Prologue) over 2,000 kilometres of tarmac roads.
