TopCar was one of the brands at Top Marques 2010. The Russian car tuner brought two new concepts to the Monaco event. One was the brand new TopCar Panamera Stingray. Developed in collaboration with Cardi, body work specialists and also with 9ff, they have created a car they hope will entice customers away from other Panamera projects we have seen recently.
