We recently received news from RM Auctions that they intend to present a 1963 Ferrari 250 GTO for private treaty sale. The 250 GTO is widely considered to be the most coveted Ferrari road car with only 39 ever built.
The particular GTO in question is chassis number 4675 GT and one of just three cars with the ‘Series II’ bodywork. It’s expected that the car will sell for a record amount, however, it looks like the final amount will never be known.
