Nope, it is not a typing mistake, this Rolls-Royce Phantom is based on a Mercedes-Benz from 1991. The project is the idea of Ruslan Mukanov, a 24-years-old car mechanic from Kazakhstan, which spotted pictures of the Rolls-Royce Phantom in the library while reading. After spending a total of $3.000, Ruslan turned an old Mercedes-Benz – shown in the picture below – into the legendary Phantom powered by 3.0 liter diesel engine! Just great, isn’t it?
