There have been discussions lately on the release of an updated version of the 599 Fiorano and the replacement of the F430. No talks nor rumours about a “new” 612 Scaglietti. Until now, a new spy shot indicates that Italian supercarmaker is working on a update version of the flagship model.

A prototype has been photographed wearing some new body work around the front bonnet, suggesting Ferrari is working on a new or updated V12 engine for the new 2011 model. The reason could be the ongoing discussion of reducing emissions and greener engines.
