The next-gen Porsche 911 has been caught on film. The three Porsche 998 mules were caught filling up at a gasstation. It’s a known fact Porsche strives to bring down the fuel consumption on the basemodels of new Porsche 911 carrera and convertibles to under 10 liter per 100 kilometers.

Note that the three Porsche 998 mules in the video, including two convertibles, feature characteristics that are usually only found on the Porsche 911 Turbo models. Those include the airvents before the rearwheels and what looks like a big rear spoiler. You can clearly see that underneath the tape the new 911 has a wider and longer tail then the current model.
