Since Stefan Winkelman is CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, he promissed the automotive world a première every year. Last year, in Frankfurt, he presented the über-Lamborghini, the Reventòn. Now rumours go that Lamborghini will present a facelifted Gallardo at the Geneva AutoShow. The car will still be called the Gallardo, but Lamborghini will add “LP550” behind the name. The 5.0 liter V10 will retire and be replaced by a 5.2 liter V10 with FSI technoligy, a product from Audi offcourse. This should give the Gallardo an extra 30 bhp and as the name says, bring it to 550. We can’t wait for the first official images…or will our loved scoophunters releave our impatiente…
