Aquarius is the latest creation from the Feadship shipyard, a full custom superyacht launched on September 3rd at the Aalsmeer yard. The vessel is the result of a highly skilled designed team combined with an experienced owner who brought in his own design team to immortalize his own desires on the yacht.

At a first glance one will notice the conventional bow and raked superstructure shape on the yacht whose naval structure was constructed by Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects. Dutch based company Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design was responsible for the exterior and interior design of Aquarius.

She stands at 92.00m in length with a beam of 13.50m and a draught of 4m. The master suite is located exclusively on the owner’s deck and is fitted with separate his and her bathroom, massage room, media room and a private balcony. 12 other guests can be accommodated across six additional staterooms. Aquarius is generous when it comes to her crew, a total of 31 crew members can be hosted on board in the 14 crew cabins, one captain’s cabin and two staff cabins.

Powering Aquarius is a set of two MTU 16V4000M63L 2240 kW engines assisted by 3 Caterpillar C32 generators and one Caterpillar C18 emergency generator. The numbers are impressive too, Aquarius has a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. Her range stands at 5000 nm while cruising at 12 knots.
