Lexus Teases Mystery Concept Before Tokyo Motor Show 2015

Lexus has just dropped a teaser image of a new concept car which it will debut at the Tokyo Motor Show 2015 next week.

Details about the concept are limited but it is reportedly a preview of the next-generation Lexus LS sedan. All the Japanese marque has said about the car is that it is a design study in “progressive luxury” and while the teaser doesn’t reveal much, it seems immediately apparent that the concept car will feature a very eye-catching and futuristic design.

The picture shows off the eye-catching headlight design which is somewhat similar to the headlights of the RC Coupe and NX crossover. The tip of the characteristic Lexus spindle grille is also visible.

There’s a possibility that the concept will utilise a hydrogen fuel cell powertrain but we won’t know for sure until October 29.
