A dealership dedicated to BMW i branded cars has just opened its doors in Japan. The dealer becomes the first of its kind to only offer the BMW i8 and i3 instead of other more mainstream BMW models.
The dealership is dubbed BMW i Megacity Studio and offers prospective i8 and i3 owners test drives in the plug-in hybrid vehicles. Additionally, it offers a car sharing service for the i3 while also selling a number of BMW i lifestyle accessories.
Following the environmentally-conscious ethos of the BMW i8 and i3, the showroom incorporates a number of solar panels on the room which power both the i3 used for the car sharing service while also powering the dealer itself.
