In the world of European muscle cars, few come as impressive or brash as the Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black Series. Introduced in 2007, the car was the first Mercedes-Benz model adorned with the now highly-regarded Black Series name with one example having been owned by former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson. Now one is up for sale from Cohen & Cunild.

This particular CLK63 AMG Black Series is a 2007 model and has travelled just 16,100 km. It features a simple silver metallic exterior finish which is contrasted with a host of carbon fibre parts like elements of the front bumper, the rear diffuser and bootlid lip spoiler. The car is also rolling on a set of tightly-spoked silver wheels and has been fitted with bright orange brake calipers to provide it with some extra wow factor.

Inside, it is relatively understated with black fixed racing seats and black leather across the dashboard, steering wheel and door panels. This example has an asking price of 96,900 euros.

The Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG isn’t only distinguishable from the standard car due to the aforementioned aero parts but it also features some key mechanical modifications. These include an upgraded differential, fully adjustable suspension and engine tweaks bringing output from the 6.2-litre V8 to 507 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque.
