Alfa Romeo Giulia interior

The first official picture of the Alfa Romeo Giulia’s stylish interior has just surfaced. It comes a couple days after the car debuted online to the eager eyes of the world’s automotive press.

This picture shows that the Giulia’s interior is just as stylish and sophisticated as the exterior. Whereas the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and BMW 3-Series feature infotainment screens sitting on top of the dash, the Giulia’s touchscreen is impressively incorporated into the flowing dashboard above the two central air vents.

Elsewhere, side air vents mimicking jet engines are featured while the gauge cluster features a central display alongside the traditional rev counter and speedometer. A sporty steering wheel is also present with it including the engine’s Start/Stop button in a way we haven’t seen on any other car. A range of carbon fibre elements have been installed into this particular Giulia QV model as has black leather and bright red stitching.

Exterior wise, simply and natural lines blend with short overhangs, a long bonnet and muscular arches. The Giulia features an unusually long wheelbase to maximise comfort and stability. The legendary trefoil nose is present and features a new Alfa Romeo logo, designed by Robilant Associati. Overall, there are traits of the Jaguar XE and Mazda 6 in the Giulia but it looks unashamedly Italian and in Quadrifoglio Verde specification, is quite impressive.
