Azimut Yachts has launched a new superyacht in its Atlantis range. The new Atlantis 43 premiered at the Düsseldorf Boat Show 2015 where the Italian shipyard held a worldwide launch ceremony. Azimut Yachts, which also owns Benetti shipyard, utilised Italian designer fabrics by Missoni, Armani, and Loro Piana Interiors to make the Atlantis 43 a true trend-setter in its class.
Its overall length is 13.86 metres including the pulpit with a beam max of 4.25 metres and boasts of a displacement of 13.3 tonnes at full load. Powering the Atlantis 43 are two Volvo Penta D6 Stern Drive engines rated at 400 mHP (294 kW). The twin engines can propel the yacht up to a maximum speed of 36 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots. The exterior and interior design was taken care by Neo Design and a team of designers from Azimut Yachts.
Inside the Atlantis 43 you find two cabins with great views and lots of natural light, sporting a dinette glowing with special decor and a state-of-the-art galley to top that up. The guest cabin has twin beds which can slide together to make a Queen size, with a third berth optional, not to mention the impeccable decor reflecting masterful Italian styling.
Overall the Atlantis 43 can have up to seven berths. The silver lining is found in the master cabin where luxury ends meet; with spacious features and intimate feeling this is the highlight of the interior designers’ work.
The Atlantis has room and supports all ‘outdoor’ activities such as swimming and surfing. It has an open garage with a motor boat that can be launched when need arises. The sunpads and bathing platforms provide a relaxing manner to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun while the wet bar takes care of your thirst.
Liked the old Azimuth design more but this is nice though.
