An exceptional light blue 2014 Lamborghini Aventador LP720-4 Roadster 50th Anniversario is currently up for sale courtesy of Lamborghini Newport Beach.
Initially this Aventador Roadster left the factory painted in matte black. However, it has since been installed with a gloss baby blue wrap and is consequently one of the most eye-catching Aventadors going around. Alongside the blue, this Aventador features matte black wing mirrors, side skirts, front bumper/splitter and rear fascia/diffuser. Additionally, gloss black pillars are present.
Compared to the exterior, the interior of this Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is relatively tame and subtle with it just featuring black leather throughout as well as yellow contrast stitching.
Lamborghini created the 50th Anniversario to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Italian marque’s inception. It utilises the same 6.5-liter V12 as the standard Aventador, but it has been tweaked by Lamborghini engineers to emit an additional 20 horsepower, making for a total of 720 horsepower. This allows the LP720-4 to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and keep on accelerating until it hits 350 km/h.
In total, 200 units of the 50 Anniversario were made, 100 of them Roadsters.
