Renault Could Return to Le Mans in 2015

New reports have just emerged suggesting that Renault could make a return to Le Mans racing as early as 2015 in a move which would inevitably boost interest and demand for its new Alpine developed sports car due to be released the same year.

The return is speculated to begin with Renault supplying engines for current LMP2 team Signatech which would utilise a tuned variant of Renault’s recently revealed 2014 four-cylinder turbo Formula One engine.

From then, the French automaker could launch a full-on assault on the LMP1 class by 2015!

Stay tuned for more any more information which breaks!
