Southern California based tuner, SP Engineering revealed a photoshoot which focuses on two of their McLaren 12C’s, one in black and another in Volcano Red. It coincides with the news that the legendary tuning shop is preparing to introduce packages for the British supercar. Currently they offer tuning packages for the Lamborghini, Ferrari and the Nissan GT-R.
The McLaren 12C and its counterpart, the 12C Spider, are already gaining wide acceptance in many markets including the US, Asia and Middle East. It comes powered by a 3.8 liter V8 twin turbo engine rated at 625hp as standard. This is driven to the rear wheels via a seven-speed SSG dual-clutch transmission with shift paddles located behind the steering wheel.
