On the 6th of January, 2013 the streets of Paris will once again come alive to the sounds of classic cars and motorcycles of eras past. Traveling along some of the most famous roads in Paris, the rolling museum of automotive artwork will grace the streets for the 13th straight year.
The annual meeting, organized by Vincennes en Anciennes will host close to 600 vehicles, with marques from every corner of the earth to be represented. The organization running the event was founded back in 1998 as the first French car association focusing solely on classic automobiles not just of French origin, but of all makes and models.
The cruise is expected to take 5-6 hours through Paris, covering stops at famous local landmarks the Place de la Concorde, Montmarte and others. Thousands are expected to flock to the 30km parade of everything classic. According to Vincennes en Anciennes, other more exotic forms of transportation will also participate including various farm equipment and busses. The youngest vehicle participating is 30-years-old.
