Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Arrives at Lamborghini Newport Beach

Lamborghini Newport Beach received the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento to display in their showroom following its first official outing in the United States. Spencer Berke and Newport Beach sent through a few photos of the car’s arrival, which you can see below! Despite being released back at the Paris Motor Show in 2010, the Sesto Elemento concept did not get shipped stateside until the 2012 Monterey Car Week.

The Sesto Elemento featured the V10 engine from the Gallardo Superleggera, tuned to an output of 570bhp. It features a zero to 100km/h (62mph) sprint-time of just 2.5 seconds thanks to a low weight of 999 kilograms (2,202lb). The Sesto Elemento uses an extremely lightweight carbon fiber construction which allows for a power-to-weight ratio of 1.75 kilograms per hp.

The car arrived for the Lamborghini Newport Beach grand opening event. The entire Lamborghini Newport Beach crew, including salesman, shop mechanics, service manager and many others stopped working to witness the car’s arrival! To be honest, we’re surprised the whole street didn’t turn up!
