Today we visited the annual Goodwood Breakfast Club – Supercar Sunday, the biggest in their calendar. Since 2006 ‘Supercar Sunday’ has attracted the biggest and best supercars from the South of England to meet in one place.

This year the weather wasn’t the best but that didn’t dampen the turn out. As with other years the main straight and paddock were packed with exotic and sports cars. The stand out cars today for us included a collection of five Jaguar XJ220’s, a Ferrari 458 Spider, a Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale, a couple of Pagani Zonda’s and a Bugatti Veyron.

And as always at shows, we like to have a good look around the surrounding car parks to hopefully find some rare and interesting vehicles that might be missed by the majority of the visitors, and this year was no exception. We found McLaren MP4-12C’s, Lamborghini Aventadors, Ferrari 458 Italia’s and even a Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR Final Edition!

It was so busy today that we found the best way to get a view of the cars was to watch them leave through the tunnel! The Supercar Sunday event is one that we’d suggest to any petrolhead living in southern England. The photos above are just a small snapshot of the cars that turned up. One thing we would suggest though. Get there early!
