The McLaren MP4-12C High Sport Edition is not new to us. About 1.5 month ago we were the first to report on the special edition and limited series of five MP4-12C sports cars, named the HS Edition or High Sport Edition. The five cars were bought by one single customer and developed together with the McLaren Special Operations team. The first car was spotted at The Collection in Miami.
Shortly after this news, we visited the McLaren (MPC) factory in Woking, UK and spotted the number 5 of 5 inside the factory ready to be shipped to its new owner. The series of cars is fitted with a number of upgrades, like a performance, aerodynamic and handling upgrade. The looks of the cars also changed, providing a more aggressive presence.
Following this news we can now show you a series of pictures made of each car that left the factory over the past month. The cars were photographed by TOMiRRi photography underneath Ron’s world, the section of the MTC factory where Ron Dennis, executive chairman of McLaren Automotive and McLaren Group, parks his personal sports cars and has his office. Underneath the circular section of the MTC you also have the entrance for visitors.
