2012 marks the 50th anniversary of the James Bond film series. To mark this occasion, Beaulieu Motor Museum in Hampshire, UK collected an impressive exhibition of original vehicles and props.
With fifty vehicles on display, Bond in Motion is the largest official collection of original Bond vehicles the world has ever seen. On display until December 2012 at the National Motor Museum, this could be your only chance to see these vehicles on display together.
As well as iconic cars such as the Aston Martin DB5 and Lotus Esprit S1, other modes of transport for 007 were on shown as well. “Little Nellie”, the rocket firing gyrocopter, the high flying Glastron speedboat and the lightest jet aircraft in the world, the Acrostar BD-5J.
Cars used in films starring Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig all feature in the exhibition, and there are a few record-breakers on display too including the Aston Martin DBS stunt car from Casino Royale.
