Video: 2010 New Stratos at Rally Legend Event in San Marino

Video 2010 New Stratos Engine Sound

Our dear friend Marchettino filmed the 2010 New Stratos at the 2011 Rally Legend Event in San Marino. The vehicle is an one-off supercar made to celebrate the old glorious Lancia Stratos. The car has been commissioned by Michael Stoschek and developed by Pininfarina.

The base used to build the car was the Ferrari 430 Scuderia, including many mechanical components such as the chassis, gearbox and the 4.3 liter V8 engine tuned up to 532bhp.

The New Stratos weighs 1,247kg and is claimed to accelerate to 100km/h in 3.3 seconds and on to a top speed close to 320km/h. While shorter than its donor car, the New Stratos is a little larger than the original Stratos, with a length of 4,181mm, 1,971mm wide and 1,240mm tall.

The video follows up after our first encounter with the sports car at the 2011 IAA Frankfurt Motor Show.
