A.R.T. G Streetline

Art G Streetline

A.R.T. Tuning’s latest offering, presented at the 2009 Dubai Motor Show, is the G Streetline. Based on a G 55 AMG, the G Streetline features much of the same modifications as A.R.T’s earlier AS55K Yaas Edition. Performance, styling and interior modifications have all been applied to varying effects.

A.R.T. have added a new pulley kit, headers, metal catalysts and Vmax unit to start with. Cooling has been beefed up in the form of a gearbox cooler and an intercooler. A 6-pipe, stainless steel exhaust system also sticks out, allowing for a small power increase to 601bhp and 800Nm of torque. The new de-limited top speed is 260km/h (161mph).

New Xenon headlights, daytime running lights and fog lights are part of the package. These combine with the numerous other LED’s attached to the rear and door sills. The bodywork includes a new front and rear bumper, roof spoiler, aero bonnet and flared wheel arches.

22 inch wheels wrapped in Pirelli Scorpio Assimetrico. To finish the G55 off A.R.T. have given it a equaly garish interior. New ‘bordeaux red’ leather with white contrast stitching lines most surfaces.
