Classic Aston Martin DB5 Becomes Devilish Drifter

Just after bringing you an epic rendering of an apocalyptic Lamborghini Miura drift car from Khyzyl Saleem, the designer has released a picture of a similar devilish-looking Aston Martin DB5 drift car.

In creating the car, Saleem took inspiration from the Supermarine Spitfire fighter plane and therefore adopts a Royal Air Force inspired paint job. Additionally, the British sports car has been imagined with widened arches, bespoke bodywork with exposed rivets, a massive front-mounted intercooler and a custom exhaust system exiting from the front wheel arch and breathing fire just like the real-life Spitfire.
