With a naturally-aspirated 3.8-litre flat-six engine revving to an atmospheric 9000 rpm, the 991-generation Porsche 911 GT3 is one of the most thrilling sports cars currently on the market. As standard, the car produces a soundtrack to match its performance but for owners looking for even more, Armytrix offers its valvetronic exhaust system for the car.
Installed on this particular white 911 GT3, the exhaust system here joins on to the stock headers so isn’t the most comprehensive package offered for the GT3. It is a complete valvetronic system and features valves which can be opened and closed via a dedicated remote as well as through a smartphone app.
As the following video shows, the Armytrix exhaust doesn’t really produce an exhaust tone all that different to the standard 911 GT3. Instead, it just amplifies the standard note which is more than fine for us!
