China is home to some of the world’s most exclusive and prestigious car clubs and the Beijing Supercar Club is certainly up there with the very best of them. Members of the club own a wide array of vehicles worth millions of dollars and capable of some truly incredible speeds.
Resident GTspirit photographer Chester Ng recently had an epic opportunity to attend a track day organised by the supercar club at the famed Shanghai International Circuit. The event attracted a truly marvellous array of supercars and understandably sent onlookers and attendees into a true frenzy.
Unsurprisingly, the three current hybrid hypercars were there with two Porsche 918 Spyders, two McLaren P1s and one Ferrari LaFerrari. Also participating were a multitude of Lamborghini Aventadors as well as the extremely limited Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV China Edition painted grey with matte black and orange accents.
Other highlights included a white Koenigsegg Agera R with a range of carbon fibre and light blue accents, a Lexus LFA, Lamborghini Huracan, a range of Ferrari models as well as a handful of McLaren 650S models.
