Back in June this year, a very Verde-Kers-Lucido green Ferrari 458 Spider appeared for sale at Ferrari Maserati of New England in the U.S. At the time, we thought it must have been the only Ferrari 458 Spider of its kind produced, but now another Verde-Kers-Lucido green Ferrari 458 Spider is up for sale. However, this one is located in the U.K.
This Ferrari 458 Spider is a 2012 model and has covered just 2,900 miles. It includes a whole host of optional extras including satellite navigation, Bi-xenon headlights, the carbon fiber sport package, tyre pressure monitoring system, sports exhaust system, Scuderia shields, rear parking camera and sensors and black brake calipers.
Additionally, this rare Ferrari 458 Spider features color matched green stitching in the interior which really adds an interesting and unique look to the Italian supercar. Ferrari first debuted the unique Verde-Kers-Lucido green on the Ferrari 599 HY-KERS hybrid prototype from a few years ago.
As with all Ferrari 458 Spider’s and Ferrari 458 Italia’s, this vehicle is fitted with the standard 4.5-liter V8 engine delivering a total of 562hp. Consequently, the Ferrari 458 Spider can sprint from 0-100km/h in just 3.4 seconds. Unlike some convertibles which are seen as less rigid and less agile than their coupe counterparts, the Ferrari 458 Spider is considered to provide a driving experience just as good, if not better than the Ferrari 458 Italia coupe.
