Audi has been celebrating racing driver Mike Rockenfeller’s victory at Zandvoort in the DTM Race series that resulted in the drivers first title win. What better way for the German manufacturer to mark the victory than create a limited edition car!
Only 300 A5 DTM Champion edition cars will roll off the production line at Ingolstadt and they certainly look the part. DTM badges on the door sill trims, the fenders and side sills feature other unique touches. A sporty rear wing, S/RS aluminum styled wing mirrors add to the racy look. Finally the gorgeous RS wheels, 20″ and cast aluminum, look superb on the gentle yet aggressive lines on the A5.
This limited edition package costs €1,900 over the standard car price, surely justified by those stunning wheels alone! The DTM inspired design is available on a number of different engine variants and just three colors; Misano Red, Daytona Gray and Glacier White.
