The American Le Mans Series Oak Tree Grand Prix took place at the Virginia International Raceway this weekend. It didn’t go entirely to plan as a crash occured between two Porsche 911’s, the No. 48 GT car and No. 31 GTC car. The number 48 seems to have made contact with the number 31 just prior to the tire barriers. This resulted to a spin before the number 31 was sent airborne, bouncing on the tire barriers while the other car went spinning off-course.

Both drivers walked out unhurt, the camera crew and marshalls were also lucky to walk out of the scene unhurt!
