BMW has just released an interesting teaser video showcasing the engine growl of the brand new 2014 BMW M3 and M4. While it’s unclear if the car featured is indeed the 2014 BMW M4 or the 2014 BMW M4 coupe, the outlandish bright yellow paint job would definitely be better suited to the M4 coupe than the M3 sedan. With that being said, CAR Magazine did release images of a bright yellow 2014 BMW M3 earlier this year.
Whatever car is featured, it doesn’t really matter because this short 18-second clip is all about the brand new engine. Unlike the outgoing 2013 BMW E92 M3 sedan and coupe, the 2014 BMW M3 will not utilise a 4.0-liter V8 engine delivering 414hp and will instead debut a brand new turbocharged 3.0-liter straight-six engine producing around 450hp.
