Geneva 2012: Sportec SP 370 Type 991

Sportec officially presented their package for the 2012 Porsche 911 (991) at the Geneva Motor Show. The Porsche has been lowered by 25mm thanks to the sports suspension and Sportec also fitted 20 inch aluminium wheels.

The Swiss tuner has upgraded the engine, resulting in an extra 20hp and around 25Nm of torque. Because of this, the Sportec SP 370 Type 991 is able to accelerate from standstill to 100km/h in 4.7 seconds. The top speed is 295km/h.

Sportec is currently working on a new, lighter sports exhaust and further improvement of the performance. These stages are expected to be offered in the Summer. A third range of improvements will be released this Spring and will include some new tweaks for both the inside and outside of the car.
