Rumours Lotus Exige Rally Car

As part of the great expansion at Lotus, the company will present an Exige rally car at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. Car Magazine points out that whilst the Exige is no longer in production, the project would broaden the Hethel-based manufacturer’s motor racing pedigree.

The English magazine spoke to Claudio Berro, Lotus’s director of motorsport, who confirmed that the company will homologate 300 models in time for the 2012 season. What do you think?
